I’m excited to announce the release of Narong Prangcharoen’s new CD.  Among the world premiere recordings is the solo viola piece he wrote for me in the summer of 2010, which I premiered at the Thailand International Composition Festival in Bangkok.  Titled Antahkarana, this dramatic work reflects upon the political unrest in Thailand during the spring of 2010.  Also on the CD are world premiere recordings performed by world-class artists John Sampen, Third Angle Ensemble, and newEar Contemporary Chamber Ensemble.
